General Description:
THIS COURSE IS USUALLY HELD TWICE A YEAR, IN OCTOBER OR APRIL.

Participants will be prepared to oversee the legal, financial, medical, social and domestic needs of their wards. This class has been approved by the Hillsborough County Court System. Book fees are included.

NOTE: An arrest record and/or bankruptcy may be considered by the court as rendering the person as not qualified to serve as a Professional Guardian. However, if there was a bankruptcy only, the person may serve as guardian of the person, but not as guardian of the property.
