The Class Schedule is as follows:
Wednesday, 6:00PM-10:00PM: Classroom only.
Saturday & Sunday 7:00AM until finished: Driving Range.
The BRC is designed for beginning motorcycle riders and those who have not completed the necessary requirements to receive the Motorcycle endorsement for their Florida Driver's License.
Program Benefits:
Those that complete the course will be able to obtain the Motorcycle Endorsement on their Florida Drivers License. A Motorcycle is NOT REQUIRED: motorcycles will be provided at the range.
Learning Objectives:
The course is broken down into two parts:
Approximately five hours of classroom instruction on Motorcycle Safety.
Ten hours of hands-on application (Driving) on the Motorcycle Range.
All fifteen hours provide a complete introduction to motorcycling.
Who Should Attend:
Motorcycle riders who have not completed the necessary requirements to receive the Motorcycle endorsement for their Florida Driver's License.
Prerequisite: Students must be able to ride a bicycle.
During the riding skills portion of the course, students will be required to bring and wear the following mandatory protective gear listed below:
Three-quarter or full-face helmet with protective eyewear,
Full-fingered gloves,
A long-sleeved shirt or jacket,
Long pants (jeans are recommended),
Sturdy boots or shoes covering the ankles.
A short raincoat, rain suit, or poncho is highly recommended.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Students not wearning the prescribed mandatory protective gear listed above will NOT be permitted to participate in the riding skills portion of the course.
